Last week my sister and I were invited to attend Naos’ Mother-Daughter event that showcased new products and innovations from Bioderma and Institute Esthederm. The event was held at one of my favourite downtown-Toronto venues, Collette Cafe inside the Thompson Hotel. I love this chic French-inspired venue for a number of reasons, for one it’s cozy, warm and inviting. The atmosphere and vibe are always wonderful, and the service, food, and space are consistently top notch.
I am always on the hunt for good skincare products. I promised myself that I would take my skin care seriously this year. Prior to this event, I hadn’t previously tried Naos products. That being said, I have heard nothing but excellent things about the brand which got me excited to try some of their products myself! One product I was especially looking forward to trying is Bioderma Sensibio H20 Cleanser. I have very sensitive eyes which makes the process of removing makeup a pain in the butt. I had a chance to try the cleanser last night and it was the first time I was able to remove eye makeup without them watering!
At the event, we were invited to create adorable centerpieces using dried flowers. Calligraphist, Sylvia was there to pen down everyone’s names. I learned so much about Naos brands and their many products. Some of the items I received included the Esthederm anti-aging range excellence, Sebium exfoliating gel, and Bioderma Hydrabio mist. Finally, I was reminded of how important it is to protect my skin from the sun’s ultraviolet rays all year long, not just during the summer months.
Naos and Bioderma skincare products can be purchased at your local drugstore or online at Shoppers Drug Mart and Walmart. Be sure to follow Bioderma Canada and Institute Esthederm on Instagram and stay up to date on my adventures too!
